3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Pre-existing damage or wear, Pet-related accidents or misbehavior, Damage caused by improperly installed fixtures

6. Service Guarantees

If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We may offer a re-clean or service credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
